Ryan Gagliano, Founder and CEO

Business Background
Ryan formed Trophy Point Advisors with the mission of assisting others to realize their goals.  He is graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Captain.  Upon completion of service, Ryan worked in high tech marketing and sales.  As a Park Leadership Fellow, he is a Distinguished Graduate of the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.  Today, Ryan continues to work in high tech business development and sales.

Roadracing Background
Ryan competes professionally in sportbike roadracing with the Willow Springs Motorcycle Club (WSMC).  After only a single track day, he started racing in January 2006 and trophied his first race that same weekend.  In 2006, Ryan reached the podium in 15 races, including 4 first place finishes.  He completed 2006 as runner-up in the Top Rookie Expert competition.  In 2007, his first full expert season, he trophied in 31 out of 34 races.  He finished in the top three of all 750cc classes and rose to 7th in the club’s overall championship.  This year, Ryan will continue to race in the 750cc categories as well as compete on a 1000cc machine in WSMC’s prestigious Toyota Cup Formula One class.
